Shipping Information


All orders are shipped in plain packaging and/or New Zealand orders in standard ParcelPost or CourierPost bags. The shipping label will identify the shipper as NewZealandNZ.Co.NZ Ltd (or similar). There is NO REFERENCE to "Fleshlight.co.nz", "Sex Toy" or any other identifying description related to products designed for adults.


Shipping Options

New Zealand Post - CourierPost Track & Trace (The Fastest Way) - target delivery is next working day (not guaranteed), online track & trace, delivers to rural areas and to NZ Post PO Boxes & Private Bags (may take longer)

New Zealand Post - ParcelPost Tracked (Most Economical) - target delivery is 1-3 working days, online tracking, delivers to rural areas and to NZ Post PO Boxes and Private Bags.

International Par Avion Air (International shipping) - target delivery is 5-15 working days, discreet shipping and also available at Checkout. We use NZ International Par Avion Air mail for overseas orders, no track and trace is available on this service.

Postage Costs

The postage costs are calculated by weight and destination, the total shipping cost will be calculated before you go through the checkout process so you can see how much your item will be before you checkout!

Cancel An Order


Fleshlight New Zealand pride ourselves on our quick shipment of in stock products, same day order processing means that most domestic orders placed before 3pm central time Monday through Friday usually leave our warehouse the same business day!

Normally, once your order enters the 'Processing' part of your account status, it may not be cancelled or altered in any way. If your package has not been shipped yet, you can use the information on the Contact Us page to request alterations, however PLEASE NOTE, that if your package has already been assigned a ParcelPost or CourierPost Track & Trace we make NO GUARANTEE that the change can be made before the order ships. We regret any inconvenience this may cause you.

We accept MasterCard® and Visa® for all other Credit Cards use Paypal.

Paypal (International Credit Card Processing)



We also accept payments via Paypal®. Paypal accepts payment via Visa, Mastercard, AMEX, Debit Cards and more.

New Zealand Bank Deposit



We accept New Zealand bank deposits however please note that if paying via bank deposit, that your Fleshlight order will not be dispatched until the payment shows into our company bank account (which can take 1-3 working days to show).

Cheque / Money Order
Available at checkout, cheques are payable to: NewZealandNZ.co.nz Limited and sent to: P O Box 327 Rangiora 7400 New Zealand, your order will not ship until funds are cleared or we receive full payment. Do not send cash in the mail see your local PostShop or phone 0800 501 501 for more information about Money Order Certificate's.

NOTE If you are using any payment method to be discreet be sure to include the postal fees these are calculated by weight and destination when placing a online order.

Delivery Information
Orders placed before midnight for products that are in stock will generally be processed and shipped within 24 hours, providing all Credit Card information is validated. Orders placed during weekends or public holiday(s) will be processed the following business day. Please allow 2-5 working days for delivery of in stock products. Please note that we will not begin to prepare your order until payment is received.


Returns and Exchanges


New Zealand Health regulations do not permit the return of intimate apparel and products.


We do not have to provide a refund if you have changed your mind about a particular Fleshlight purchase, so please choose carefully! If goods are faulty we will meet our obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act to provide a remedy.

There are a number of countries which have customs restrictions including:
Argentina, Bahrain, Canary Island, China, Ghana, Indonesia, Iraq, Japan, Jordan, Korea, Lebanon, Malaysia, Mexico, Pakistan, Philippines, Russian Federation, Saudi Arabia, Sri Lanka, Tanzania, Thailand, United Arab Emirates, Venezuela. If your country is in this list, please be advised that NewZealandNZ.Co.NZ Ltd will not be responsible for shipments which are confiscated by customs. Please take special care to ensure that you'll be able to receive your order before submitting one via your account.

Are duty fees included in the shipping price?
International orders may be subject to additional customs fees and duties. We do not include these additional costs as a part of the total amount.

How will the items be declared in customs?
We will declare the actual product value to customs, but name declarations are assigned per the following:

Fleshlight inserts = Gel Sleeves
Fleshlight cases = Plastic Housing
Lubricant = Water Based Liquid
Vibrators = Massagers
Mr. Limpys = Gel Molds

Can you ship my item as a "gift"?
Requests to ship your order as a "gift" will not be honored. Doing so jeopardizes our relationships with our carriers and customs departments.
